Amanda Lhéritier

Amanda is a native Virginian, born into a family of talented home cooks.  She is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française (ESCF) - Ferrandi and has cooked in many restaurants, including Michelin-starred Le Bristol and Le Jules Verne.

Motivated by the belief that good food is a right and not a privilege, Amanda's focus has shifted over the years from feeding fat cats at fancy tables, to solving food justice problems for our most vulnerable neighbors and strengthening Central Virginia's food system by supporting farms and farmers.

Amanda lives with her husband, two children, and an endless supply of Sriracha.

She can be contacted at amanda.lheritier at gmail.com
