Changing the Way We Eat 

TEDxManhattan “Changing the Way We Eat” will take place January 21, 2012, in New York City.  The one-day event will highlight several aspects of the sustainable food movement and the work being done to shift our food system from industrially based agriculture to one in which healthy, nutritious food is accessible to all. Speakers with various backgrounds in food and farming will share their insights and expertise. 

This free event will be simulcast at Gallery5 with breaks throughout the day to learn about our burgeoning local food movement and opportunities to engage in our community. Come meet others and learn what’s emerging in Greater Richmond. Visitors will have a chance to learn about local opportunities throughout the day. No need to stay for the whole day. Drop in as your schedule allows.
